We filed with the Secretary of State in Oklahoma as an LLC on February 1st, 2010.

I guess this makes this whole adventure official.

Now, if only tax rules made sense. I'm attending a Oklahoma new business tax workshop on the 23rd. I'm hoping that will clear up some of my many questions.
